Hello, thank you for visiting my site. My name is Linda Nonweiler. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor. Details of my qualifications can be verified on the BACP website. I offer a sensitive and professional Counselling/Life Coaching Service in Waltham Forest, Essex and other areas of East London.

I provide a completely confidential, caring and reliable relationship where you will be supported during difficult times. Clients can self-refer and a GP referral is not necessary. However, I am always pleased to accept referrals directly from GPs.

I have a background of working within the NHS for 12 years and wenr on to train as a Counsellor initially working in a Counselling Agency in Waltham Forest East London. I now work with private clients and with NHS staff and offer short or long-term therapy.

I work with a wide range of clients from the age of 15 years upwards.

I work from comfortable and private rooms in Chingford E4 and South Woodford, E18 . Counselling in Waltham Forest is within easy access of North East London, Buckhurst Hill, Chingford, Chigwell, ,Edmonton, East Ham, Enfield, Epping, Hackney, Highams Park, Ilford, Leyton, Leytonstone, South Woodford, Liverpool Street -(via mainline station to Highams Park) Loughton, Redbridge, Stratford, Seven Kings, Stratford, Snaresbrook, Walthamstow, Waltham Abbey, Wanstead, Woodford Bridge, Woodford Green and Wood Green. My practice is also convenient for the Central Line and Victoria Line with mainline routes to Liverpool Street, The City, as well as Central London, Docklands and surrounding areas of Essex.

I am also happy to undertake EAP work should this be required.

REDUCED FEES FOR COUNSELLING STUDENTS & MATURE CLIENTS
I am able to offer reduced rates for counselling students. Likewise I have some concessionary rates available for older clients and clients on low income.

I work integratively which means that I adapt to individual client needs, rather than the client fitting into the way I work. I have undertaken additional training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which has been proved extremely beneficial for clients with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, post natal depression, stress, low self-esteem and loss. I also work with individuals and couples who may be experiencing relationship difficulties.

TELEPHONE AND ONLINE COUNSELLING IN LONDON AND THE UK
I can offer telephone and online/email counselling for clients who are unable to travel or have difficulty finding time to fit in sessions because of work commitments, travelling, ill-health etc. By offering telephone and online counselling I am able to work with clients wherever you live in London or any other areas of the UK. I believe that all clients are individuals with individual needs and I work with whatever feels appropriate but, more importantly, with what feels comfortable for the client.
