Telephone and e-mail counselling is available for clients who have difficulty in attending sessions.
How to book an initial session
Please telephone 0208 925 0111 or 07961 191324. If I am unable to take your call, please leave a telephone number and I will contact you as soon as is convenient.

Sessions can be arranged at mutually convenient times. All telephone and e-mail sessions are conducted in line with face-to-face counselling and as per BACP guidelines.
After the initial consultation, should you decide that you wish to proceed with e-mail or telephone counselling, payment can be made in advance by using the Paypal button below.
Length of sessions
These can be negotiated at the start of the contract but as per face to face sessions, telephone counselling is normally for 50 minutes.
